ABOUT THE SESSION
This session is designed to empower businesses based in Ontario, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to implement effective capital funding approaches, optimize cash flow management, leverage grants, and navigate the complexities of international taxation.
- Types of capital funding: equity, debt, venture capital, angel investment
- Assessing financial risks and opportunities in global markets
- Identifying relevant SME grants & tax incentives for international expansion

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Executive Certificates are open to entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, directors, and leaders of companies that are:
- Exporting a product, services or technologies and want to diversify their export market or are exploring the possibility of expanding their business internationally
- Generating more than $500,000 in annual revenue or $1,000,000 paid in capital
- Operating for at least 2 years and registered in Canada
- Offering an attractive value proposition
